Event: Race to the Stones Team
Brief: In 2013, Enterprise Inns came to Threshold seeking an event that involved getting employees and their family out into the great outdoors bonding and collectively achieving something challenging. This coincided with the launch of Race to the Stones which appeared as the perfect event platform for Enterprise to embrace.
Response: Enterprise took a team of over 90 on the inaugural Race to the Stones across a variety of packages from the 100km non-stop to a bespoke team 20km challenge. Threshold supported the team pre-event with bespoke team communications, supplying event kit and organising transport to and from the challenge.
Results: The company’s new style of employee engagement was a resounding success. The founder of Enterprise took part in the challenge and felt that it was fantastic to see employees walking and running together, away from their desks and achieving a collective sporting goal. So much so, a second Enterprise team came on the 2014 event when it became Title Sponsored by Carphone Warehouse.
