Threshold were asked to deliver a breathtaking summer event that would bring a diverse team of 115 together. They had been through a challenging period of change and it was the time to celebrate and galvanise them as one team.

What did Threshold recommend?

We found a stunning location near to London and came up with a jam packed itinerary with something for everyone. They set the tone with an internal business session in the morning followed by a series of challenges where teams of six competed against each other to win the most points across five activities. They explored the private estate on mountain bikes, tested their problem solving with tangram puzzles, held their nerve on a high-wire course, learnt new skills shooting bow and arrows and navigated themselves through blood pumping orienteering tasks.

After this sun-drenched afternoon packed with activities, participants were led to a surprise location in the woods to celebrate around a camp fire, with a BBQ and a festival themed evening of prize giving, live music, drinks and a full overnight camp of luxury bell tents
