For all of our public events in 2026, we welcome participants to take part for any charity of their choice.
By completing this form you, the charity, are consenting to purchase a listing on each of the events you select at £10 per event, part-fund participant places on the relevant event and pay the charity fees per registration.
Below is an outline of the participant’s registration fees (inc.VAT), charity participant fees (ex.VAT) and fundraising targets across our events.
All charities will be invoiced for the total number of registrations, at that point in time, 4 weeks prior to the event, this is also when registration closes.
It is the charity’s responsibility to provide fundraising stewardship and to inform us of anyone you are not willing to part-fund, before these dates.
