THRESHOLD PARTICIPATING CHARITY CONSENT FORM 2026

THIS FORM IS TO BE COMPLETED BY THE CHARITY

For all of our public events in 2026, we welcome participants to take part for any charity of their choice.

By completing this form you, the charity, are consenting to purchase a listing on each of the events you select at £10 per event, part-fund participant places on the relevant event and pay the charity fees per registration.

Below is an outline of the participant’s registration fees (inc.VAT), charity participant fees (ex.VAT) and fundraising targets across our events.

All charities will be invoiced for the total number of registrations, at that point in time, 4 weeks prior to the event, this is also when registration closes.

It is the charity’s responsibility to provide fundraising stewardship and to inform us of anyone you are not willing to part-fund, before these dates.

ENDURE24 READING – £10 Upfront Charity Registration Fee

Average Fundraising: £1,263 (2024 fundraising)

Non stop package:
– Participant pays: £45.00pp (inc. VAT), committing to £550 fundraising

80km package:
– Participant pays: £40.00 (inc. VAT), committing to £450 fundraising
– Charity pays: £100.00 pp (ex.VAT)

50km (Coastal or Castle) package:
– Participant pays: £35.00 (inc. VAT), committing to £350 fundraising
– Charity pays: £67.00 pp (ex. VAT)

30km package:
– Participant pays: £30.00 (inc.VAT), committing to £250 fundraising
– Charity pays: 50.00pp (ex.VAT)

£300 fundraising commitment across all packages per person per team (av. fundraising £573 in 2024).
