Nick Tuppen

CEO

Nick is driven by Threshold’s simple purpose: unlocking the potential that lies within everyone. This extends from those taking on our events to the team he feels privileged to lead each day.

He has a rare mix of skills that mean he is equally at home plotting adventures on OS Maps as he is plotting charts of Threshold’s commercials. His main motivation to exercise is to not miss out on whatever adventure might be lying around the next corner.

ALT

Penny Welch

CCO

Penny’s own drive and enthusiasm sets the benchmark for her Account Management team. Although she’d never tell you, she used to represent GB with an oar and she is one of those rare people who combines huge ambition with support and nurture for all those around her.
