RIDE ACROSS BRITAIN PARTICIPATING CHARITY CONSENT FORM 2024

THIS FORM IS TO BE COMPLETED BY THE CHARITY

For Ride Across Britain 2024, we welcome participants to take part for any charity of their choice. Below is an outline of the participant’s registration fees, charity participant fees (exclusive of VAT) and fundraising targets across our events.

By completing this form you, the charity, are consenting to part-fund participant places on the relevant event and pay the charity fees per registration.

All charities will be invoiced for the total number of registrations, at that point in time, 12 weeks prior to the event, and then again 6 weeks prior to the event for any additional registrations after the 12 week invoice, following this the charity will receive a final invoice for any further participants 2 weeks prior to the event.

It is the charity’s responsibility to provide fundraising stewardship and to inform us of anyone you are not willing to part-fund, before these dates.
