We wouldn’t be Threshold if we didn’t practice what we preach. That’s why we give our team a personal challenge fund and organise daily exercises such as pilates, yoga and afternoon energisers. We consider ourselves lucky enough to work alongside like-minded, positive people who love the outdoors and getting active. We’re a social bunch and enjoy regular monthly activities together, from high ropes to pottery painting, and a quick trip to the pub in-between! We also enjoy an annual away trip somewhere special.

We believe in getting the best out of ourselves, and we wouldn’t be doing that without providing a platform to learn and develop. This starts in-house, utilising our expert team and sharing our experiences. We also have budget for external training and encourage mentoring across all seniority levels.
