Unlike some event agencies, we don’t just hire good sports people and hope they will be good at events. We hire the best talent we can to ensure our client work and events are the best out there. Our founder Mack is the father of More Is In You and the driving force behind Threshold’s culture. His passion for what we do is immense and his balance between work, family and play is inspirational. This is more than can be said for his balance in his kayak.

Tups is the maestro behind our strategy. With an incredible work rate and sharp mind, he drives our new event concepts and always pushes us on how we can grow Threshold. His range of event ideas is matched only by his range of fancy dress outfits.

Head of Operations

Tariq heads up our Logistics team with a seriously impressive portfolio of clients. His background prior to Threshold had him leading expeditions and overland adventures across five continents and he has organised some of the UK’S largest and toughest endurance events. When not working he’s most likely to be found at home playing with his young son.

With a brilliant banking career at the likes of Goldman Sachs, Andrew brings financial nous to Threshold. Never one to miss a challenge he is often first to be throwing shapes on the dance floor and already has several Threshold finisher’s medals to his name.

Penny’s own drive and enthusiasm sets the benchmark for her Account Management team. Although she’d never tell you, she used to represent GB with an oar and she is one of those rare people who combines huge ambition with support and nurture for all those around her.

Louise is our Event Director for Client Events. She comes with a wealth of knowledge of sporting events in the charity sector. In her spare time Louise likes to keep fit, compete in the muddiest events and discover new amazing parts of the world.

Event Development Director

Cassie has events experience in bundles – 17 years of it to be exact. She brought our flagship event Deloitte RAB to life and she also has an impressive list of client events under her belt. When not working she’s most likely to be found baking exceedingly good cakes for friends.

Account Director

Jenni is blessed with a wonderful northern charm and understatement. She’s solid as a rock, instantly affable with everyone and will surprise you every now and then by casually dropping in the news that she’s doing an Ironman or similar. As you do.

You’ll meet Pip within the client servicing team, looking after our most prized client roster. An imaginative flare and energetic spirit, she takes this onto the netball court or invests in supporting her beloved Leicester Tigers. Never without a tuneful song to serenade the office, we are wondering why we ever invested in communal speakers!

Holly fields all participant enquiries, making sure people know the when, the where and the how so that they can be best prepared for their event. She’s incredibly bright and bubbly and makes a particularly delicious banoffee pie!

Event Manager

Kirstin is an Event Manager in our Operations Team delivering our award-winning Threshold Events. She comes with a background in sporting events in the charity sector, a drive to get things done and a love of the outdoors. Outside of work, Kirstin enjoys getting out and about on her bike, escaping to the countryside and has a love of food and cooking.

Michelle is the oil that makes the Threshold machine run smoothly. She’s responsible for everything from flawless finances to identifying the next evening of team shenanigans. Olly looks after all participant communications for Threshold Events. A dab hand at all things logistics, Charlotte keeps the cogs turning to ensure that everything is organised on time for our events. She’s always out and about, from skiing to hockey to a weekend city adventure.  Her energy is endless, which is amazing considering she doesn’t like coffee!

Will is responsible for establishing all new charity partnerships, and seeking corporate teams for our challenges. Outside of work he is a keen footballer and skier, has a passion for literature and is often found at White Hart Lane. He’s also very talented on the dance floor.
