An agency is only as good as the people behind it, and we are as proud of our team as we are of our work
We continually try to get more out of ourselves and between us we have delivered award winning marketing campaigns, managed some of the world’s biggest brands, cycled continents and summited mountains. Unlike some event agencies, we don’t just hire good sports people and hope they will be good at events. We hire the best talent we can to ensure our client work and events are the best out there. It just so happens that we all like to bundle around outdoors too.
Nick is driven by Threshold’s simple purpose of supporting people to fulfil their potential. This extends from those taking on our events to the team he feels honoured to lead each day. He believes in going with your instinct (especially when backed up by data) and likes his cocktails like his fancy dress; high impact.
Head of Operations
Tariq heads up our Logistics team with a seriously impressive portfolio of clients. His background prior to Threshold had him leading expeditions and overland adventures across five continents and he has organised some of the UK’S largest and toughest endurance events. When not working he’s most likely to be found at home playing with his young son.
Account Management Director
Penny’s own drive and enthusiasm sets the benchmark for her Account Management team. Although she’d never tell you, she used to represent GB with an oar and she is one of those rare people who combines huge ambition with support and nurture for all those around her.
Event Development Director
Cassie has events experience in bundles – 17 years of it to be exact. She brought our flagship event Deloitte RAB to life and she also has an impressive list of client events under her belt. When not working she’s most likely to be found baking exceedingly good cakes for friends.
Account Manager – Client Events
You’ll meet Pip within the client servicing team, looking after our most prized client roster. An imaginative flare and energetic spirit, she takes this onto the netball court or invests in supporting her beloved Leicester Tigers. Never without a tuneful song to serenade the office, we are wondering why we ever invested in communal speakers!
Kirstin is an Event Manager in our Operations Team delivering our award-winning Threshold Events. She comes with a background in sporting events in the charity sector, a drive to get things done and a love of the outdoors. Outside of work, Kirstin enjoys getting out and about on her bike, escaping to the countryside and has a love of food and cooking.
Michelle is the oil that makes the Threshold machine run smoothly. She’s responsible for everything from flawless finances to identifying the next evening of team shenanigans. Outside of work she loves to play hockey with her local team and take part in pretty much any sporty adventure. Ask her about Crystal Maze!
Olly looks after all participant communications for Threshold Events. She ensures all the participants know everything they need to about each event so they are ready and prepared for their incredible challenge. Away from work she’s often found playing a game of tennis with friends and loves to discover new and exciting parts of the world.
Event Executive – Operations
A dab hand at all things logistics, Charlotte keeps the cogs turning to ensure that everything is organised on time for our events. She’s always out and about, from skiing to hockey to a weekend city adventure. Her energy is endless, which is amazing considering she doesn’t like coffee!
Senior Sales Manager
Will heads up our sales team, with a focus on developing new partners and sponsors within the charity and corporate sector. Outside of work he is a keen footballer and skier, has a passion for literature and is often found at White Hart Lane. He’s also very talented on the dance floor.
Sales Operations Manager
Jamie is responsible for our sales operations and assists in the new business area. When he’s not helping bring on corporate teams and being our sales strategy guru for Threshold, he can usually be found playing rugby for his old school team or having a couple of quiet ones with his friends. However, all bets are off when he’s near a karaoke machine…
