Social Media and Imagery

Engaging with your audience via social media is a great way to increase engagement and drive recruitment. We also recommend highlighting participants and their stories on why they are fundraising for your charity.

We have great photos from all our events, as well as scenery images which you are more than welcome to use, alternatively, you could use some photos of your own of participants in your charity merch!

Fundraising

We want participants to have a wonderful time whilst fundraising as much as possible for their amazing charities. With our partner JustGiving, we have some tips to help participants maximise their fundraising page and smash their targets for the events.

Fundraising Tips

Here are some tips from Threshold Sports and JustGiving, with the help of some of our previous participants, on how fundraising can be maximised ahead of, during and after the event.

On here, you can also find the links to set up a page for each specific event.

JustGiving Help

Unfortunately, Threshold Sports can not make any changes to a participants JustGiving fundraising page, if you have a participant struggling with their page, we recommend using JustGiving’s help page and/or contacting the team at Just Giving who will be able to assist.

JustGiving Fundraising Guide

Take a look at JustGiving’s Fundraising Guide for even more support on maximising fundraising and some statistics of what has worked well in the past.

Corporate Teams

Corporate Teams are a great way to grow your fundraising engine.

We can help you reach and work with Corporate Teams as seamlessly as possible, providing bespoke participant communications, tailored packages with additional extras, and even delivering presentations to promote the event!

Environment and Sustainability

At Threshold Sports, we are aware our participants share our love for the outdoors. Therefore, we want to make sure we are doing our bit to take care of our environment, due to the nature of our events.

Meet the Team

We have a dedicated Charities Team here at Threshold, to ensure your needs are met and your incredible fundraisers are fully integrated into our wider operations.

Hayley

Hayley has recently joined the Partnership’s team here at Threshold after 7 years working in the charity sector, including Marie Curie, Breast Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Now. Looking after our Title Sponsors, and the partnerships team, Hayley has loved seeing so many familiar faces across our Charity Partners already and looks forward to welcoming more charities so that Threshold can help charities make a big impact for the vital services our charities provide.

Georgia

Working with Hayley in the Partnerships team, Georgia started out her life at Threshold looking after our sponsors & participating charities before becoming Charities Manager! She feels it is a real privileged to work with so many amazing charities each year, and loves looking after our Gold Charities providing 1-2-1 support. Her favourite experience each year is seeing the charities out on the events cheering & growing number of charity participants crossing the start line!
