THRESHOLD PARTICIPATING CHARITY CONSENT FORM 2025

THIS FORM IS TO BE COMPLETED BY THE CHARITY

For all of our 4 public events in 2025, we welcome participants to take part for any charity of their choice. Below is an outline of the participant’s registration fees (inc.VAT), charity participant fees (ex.VAT) and fundraising targets across our events.

By completing this form you, the charity, are consenting to part-fund participant places on the relevant event and pay the charity fees per registration. All charities will be invoiced for the total number of registrations, at that point in time, 6 weeks prior to the event, and then again 2 week prior to the event for any additional registrations after the 6 week invoice.

It is the charity’s responsibility to provide fundraising stewardship and to inform us of anyone you are not willing to part-fund, before these dates.
